My Favourite Game
Of all outdoor games my most favourite is cricket. At present this game is popular in India. It is played on large oval shaped ground. There are eleven players in each team. After the toss the players of one team go in for batting. The players of other team bowl in turn. Fielders stop balls and return it. The batsmen begin to bat. They defend the deliveries of the bowlers. The game may be for one day match. It may also be a Test match for five days. The team that scores more runs wins the match. The umpire's decision in this game is accepted by all the players. A good team spirit and sense of discipline are devloped by playing and practising this game. This is a valuable and dignified game. So this is called the, 'King of games'.
